摘要
分析了口腔修复中表面残留高度产生的机理,提出了使用球头铣刀加工磨牙冠表面残留高度的数学模型,研究了行距和每齿进给量对残留高度的影响情况。研究结果表明,行距是影响残留高度的最主要的因素,残留高度的大小随行距的变化而变化,行距变大时,残留高度显著增加。最后以口腔修复中具有代表性的磨牙冠为例,结合研究成果,选择合适的加工参数加工出符合设计要求钛合金磨牙冠。
The emergence mechanism of surface scallop height in dental restoration was analyzed in this paper.The theoretical model of the scallop height was derived in the ball-end milling molar crown.And the stepover and feed per tooth were changed so as to study the effect of scallop height.The study results show that stepover was the most important influence factor.The scallop height increased sharply and quickly when stepover filled out.Final taking a molar crown as an example and according the research achievement,the appropriate processing parameters are selected that the surface roughness is consistent with design requirements.
