摘要 就蕈菌多糖结构与生物活性的关系、纯化过程、结构特点、物理性质、抗肿瘤活性以及细胞机制等方面进行了综述,为其深入研究和开发提供参考。 The relationship between structure and biological activity, purification procedures, conformational properties, physical properties, antitumor activity and cellular mechanism were summarized for the intensive study and development.
