摘要
后靠移民参与库区旅游开发有利于移民安置与致富发展,有利于库区的可持续发展。通过分析后靠移民在参与库区旅游业时面临的观念、旅游业基础、参与能力等多方面的限制,提出了促进水库后靠移民参与旅游业的对策:科学的观念革新和示范推广是前提,高效的库区旅游开发质量是基础,良好的移民参与能力和参与层次是关键,完善的配套政策与扶持是保证。
The participation of latter settled immigrants in tourism of reservoir area is beneficial to the resettlement and prosperity of immigrants as well as the sustainable development of reservoir area. It is found out through analysis that the participation of latter settled immigrants is constrained by the concept and participation capacity of immigrants, the basis of tourism and so on. finally some participation strategies are proposed, scientific idea innovation and demonstration are precondition, high tourism development quality is basis, high participation capacity and level are the key and supportive policies are guarantee.
