摘要
以中海SZ36-1环烷基减三线馏分油为原料,利用糠醛二次抽提工艺,开发出了满足欧盟REACH法规要求的中海油环保橡胶油,并将中试技术成功地实现了工业化并市售。中海油环保橡胶油产品经北京橡胶工业研究设计院应用研究,结果表明:中海油环保橡胶油,无论是胶料加工性能,混炼胶性能还是硫化胶性能,均与国际同类产品先进水平相当。
The non-carcinogenic rubber oil was developed by CNOOC based on the raw material of SZ36-1 VGO No.3 naphthenic base oil and the furfural re-extraction technology.The rubber oil could fully satisfy the requirements of REACH by EU,and was successfully industrialized and put into the market.Research result from Beijing Research Design Institute of Rubber Industry showed that,the rubber oil is at the same level as the global leading products in rubber processability,rubber compound property and vulcanized rubber property.
