To achieve the goal of maximum energy savings and good economic and social benefits on the basis of safety. While the frequency of condenser pump is modified, the frequency range, operating mode of upstream control valve, control interlocks, insulation measurement and the daily test method are determined. High frequency technology is both energy-saving and safe, with good promotional value.
