摘要
通过分析绘图交换格式(DXF)的文件结构,利用微软VisualBasic6.0编程工具获取旋压程序所用的几何信息,结合用户的加工工艺参数,成功实现了数控旋压机床的自动编程,并生成相应的数控加工程序,应用于灯罩产品的数控旋压加工。有效缩短了编程时间,提高了效率。
This paper analyses the structure of drawing exchange format(DXF) file.By using Visual Basic 6.0,it achieves the geometry information for spinning programming.Combines with the user's technical parameters,it realizes automatic programming for spinning machine and generates the numerical control program for lampshade spinning producing.By using this system,it shortens the programming time and makes the programming efficiency high.
