自身免疫性淋巴增生综合征研究进展

摘要 自身免疫性淋巴增生综合征(Autoimmune lymphoprolifera-tive syndrome,ALPs)是一种罕见的常染色体显性遗传病。其发病与Fas、Fas配体(Fas ligand,FasL)、Caspase-10或Caspase-8等细胞凋亡信号的基因突变所导致的T淋巴细胞凋亡缺陷有关。因1967年由美国的Canale和Smith首次报道,故又称Ca-nale-Smith综合征。
