通过对某款通用小型汽油机塑料启动罩干涉异响问题进行分析及重新设计计算,并充分考虑塑料件成型变形以及分装后挤压变形的影响,确定合理的控制尺寸及控制措施。
Through the analysis of the abnormal noise problems involving the interference of the plastic starting cover of a certain small universal gasoline engine and redesign calculation, fully considering the effect caused by the deformation in forming and extrusion deformation of plastic parts, rational control sizes and control measures are determined.
