2-(2’,4’-二氯苯氧乙酰)氨基-2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖的合成及生物活性 被引量:2

摘要 以甲醇钠为缚酸剂,在甲醇溶剂中,D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐与2,4-二氯苯氧乙酰氯酰胺化反应合成新化合物2-(2’,4’-二氯苯氧乙酰)氨基-2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖,收率为71%,其结构经1 H NMR和MS得以确认.从黄瓜子叶生根、黄瓜子叶扩张、油菜下胚轴抑制和小麦芽鞘伸长4个方面对该新化合物进行了植物生长调节活性测试.结果表明:目标化合物有很好的抑制黄瓜子叶生根活性,其活性能力与传统的植物生长调节剂2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)相当,但其环境相容性好,是可开发为替代传统农药的低毒高效的绿色农药. 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid,a well-known molecule with regulatory function in plant,was introduced to C-2 amino group of D-glucosamine to obtain 2-(2’,4’-dichlorophenoxyacetyl)amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose in 71% yield.This new compound was characterized by 1H NMR and mass spectrum.Its plant growth-regulating activities were tested.The results show that this compound has notable inhibiting activities against cotyledon rootage of cucumber which is comparable with that of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D).
