摘要
目的比较干、湿两种生化分析仪部分项目检测结果的差异并分析两者之间的相关性。方法分别采用OLYMPUS AU64O全自动生化分析仪和DRI-CHEM 7000干生化分析仪对50例患者标本进行丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)等11项肝肾项目的检测,然后对检测结果进行配对t检验及相关性分析。结果两种生化分析仪检测ALT、ALP、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、清蛋白(ALB)、肌酐(Cr)、葡萄糖(GLU)、尿酸(UA)结果明显不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但所有项目的检测结果呈高度正相关。结论干、湿两种生化分析仪大部分项目检测结果差异有统计学意义,但所测项目均呈高度正相关,说明两者间的差异源于系统误差,应采取相应措施予以解决,使结果具有可比性。
Objective To compare and analyze the correlation of the results detcted by the two methods of dry chemistry and conventional wet chemistry.Methods Fifty specimens of patients were detected by Olympus AU640 automatic analyzer and Fujifilm DRI-CHEM 7000 dry biochemical analyzer respectively,and then the results were analyzed by paired samples t test and correlation analysis.Results The concentrations of ALT,ALP,GGT,ALB,CRE,GLU,UA were significantly different and all of the test results showed highly positive relation with each other.Conclusion The results of most items measured by Olympus AU640 automatic analyzer and Fujifilm DRI-CHEM 7000 dry biochemical analyzer have statistical difference.But the detected parameters show highly positive relation,which reveals that the difference between the two methods is caused by the systemic error.So,we must take the corresponding measures to make the results comparable.
