摘要 目的探讨血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatin C)与不同病变程度冠心病的相关性。方法研究对象包括稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组60例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)组52例,健康对照组40例,采用双抗夹心ELISA法测定血清Cys C的浓度,并测定患者的左室射血分数(LVEF),进行统计学分析。结果 SAP组血清Cys C水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05),与左室射血分数呈负相关(r=-0.218,P<0.05),而AMI组Cys C水平低于健康对照组及SAP组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),与左室射血分数呈正相关(r=0.347,P<0.01)。结论 Cys C与冠心病的发生密切相关,可以间接反映冠心病患者的病情程度与心脏功能。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum cystatin C(Cys C)concentrations and coronary artery disease(CAD)with different severity.Methods All the patients were divided into three groups:stable angina pectoris (SAP,n=60)group,acute myocardial infarction(AMI,n=52) group and healthy control group(n=40).Serum Cys C concentration was measured by ELISA assay,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was measured too.These parameters were analyzed at the same time.Results The concentration of serum Cys C in SAP group was higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.05),and there was negative correlation with LVEF(r=-0.218,P<0.05).The concentration of serum Cys C in AMI group was lower than that in healthy control group(P<0.05),and there was positive correlation with LVEF(r=0.347,P<0.01).Conclusion There was close relationship between Cys C and development of coronary artery disease.Severity of coronary artery disease and heart function can be reflected by Cys C indirectly.
