摘要
分析平衡计分卡(BSC)在图书馆中的应用,对BSC进行改良,提出BSC的整合模式,即整合目标管理法、关键绩效指标法、利益相关者理论。分析高校图书馆战略目标及子目标关系,设计财务、读者、内部流程、学习成长、其它利益相关者五个维度的战略绩效指标体系。
Based on analyzing the application and the shortage of BSC in library this paper presents the integration pattern of BSC , namely integration of the objective management method , method of key performance index and stakeholder theory . On this basis we analyzes the relationship of strategic objective and sub objective of academic library , design the index system of strategic performance of academic library included five aspects: financial, reader, internal business processes, learning and growth, stakeholders. Finally, the determination of the weight of each index by value iteration methods is put forward.
