腓骨远端解剖型钢板联合螺钉治疗三踝骨折的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨腓骨远端解剖型钢板联合螺钉治疗三踝骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性总结38例(观察组)外伤性三踝骨折患者采用用腓骨远端解剖型钢板固定外踝,可吸收内固定螺钉固定内踝、后踝;选择既往临床资料完整、采用其他方法治疗的三踝骨折患者27例作为对照组。结果观察组38例手术成功,术后随访,其中优29例,良7例,可2例,优良率94.7%,显著高于对照组的77.8%(21/27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解剖型钢板联合螺钉治疗三踝骨折是治疗三踝骨折的有效方法。 Objective To discuss anatomical fibular end type steel joint screws for the treatment of the clinical effect of three ankle fractures.Methods Retrospective summary 38 cases(observation group)of traumatic three ankle fractures by patients with fibular end plate fixation WaiHuai anatomical type,can absorb the internal fixation screws,NaHuai ankle,and choose 27 cases patients with fracture of the three ankles were set as control group with completed clinical data by using other methods treatment.Results 38 cases of observation group of the operation is successful,follow-up,including optimal 29),7 cases,can good in 2 cases,dykes 94.7%,and significant higher than 77.8%(21/27)in the control group,there are statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Anatomical type steel joint screws for the treatment of three ankle fractures are three ankle fractures of the effective treatment methods.
