摘要
双层固阀塔板结合了筛孔塔板与浮阀塔板的优点,为中国石油大学开发的新型塔板。采用空气-水体系,在1 200mm不锈钢塔内,对双层固阀塔板进行了流体力学性能测试。结果表明,与F1型浮阀塔板相比,具有塔板压降低、漏液率低、雾沫夹带低及提高生产能力的显著特点。工业应用表明,该种塔板综合性能优异,可用于石油化工等行业的老塔改造与新塔设计。
Bilayer fixed valve tray is a new type of trays developed by China University of Petro- leum. Bilayer fixed valve tray was designed with many innovation and optimization for valve structures combining the advantages of floating valve and sieve tray. The hydraulic performances of bilayer fixed valve were investigated with an air-water-oxygen system in a stainless steel column of φ1 200 mm in comparison with the traditional F1 tray. Experimental results showed that bilayer fixed valve has pressure drop lower, weeping rate lower, and entrainment lower. The in- dustrial application showed that the high performance tray could be used to the design and resto- ration of columns.
