摘要 介绍了国内第一、二、三代氯化钾镀锌工艺添加剂的主要组分及性能特点。第三代氯化钾镀锌采用低泡载体光亮剂,除了具有第一、二代氯化钾镀锌的优点外,还具有以下特点:镀液可以采用压缩空气搅拌;允许电流密度大,生产效率高;镀层配合三价铬钝化,耐中性盐雾腐蚀性能超过氰化镀锌和碱性无氰镀锌。 The main components of additives and the performance characteristics of the first, second, and third generations of potassium chloride zinc plating were introduced. Low-foam carrier brightener is used in the third-generation potassium chloride zinc plating process. Besides having the advantages of the first- and second- generation processes, the third-generation has the following features: compressed air agitation is acceptable; large current density is allowed, hence production efficiency is improved; and the coating passivated with trivalent chromium has corrosion resistance in neutral salt spray test superior to that prepared by cyanide and alkaline non-cyanide zinc plating processes.
