摘要为了手术安全及操作简便,临床上治疗多节段颈椎后纵韧带骨化症(ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament,OPLL)常采取后路手术,从而达到后方直接减压、扩大颈椎管,前方脊髓漂移,间接解除压迫治疗的目的。但在临床工作中,我们发现多节段颈椎OPLL患者多数脊髓压迫较重,
