阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者中血管活性肽物质的表达意义

摘要 目的探讨血管活性肽物质表达在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者中的意义。方法测定60例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者睡眠前0h,睡眠后1、3、5h后血浆血管活性肽物质(内皮素-1、心钠肽、脑钠肽)水平变化情况。结果睡眠前及随着睡眠时间增加体内内皮素-1、心钠肽、脑钠肽水平逐步增加,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论血管活性肽物质(内皮素-1、心钠肽、脑钠肽)在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者中呈高水平表达,可能与心脑血管并发症存在着重要的相关性。 Objective To investigate the expression of vasoaetive peptides substance in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods Plasma vasoaetive peptide substances (endothelin-1, atrial natriuretie peptide, brain natriuretic peptide) levels of 60 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome before sleep 0 h, sleep 1 h, 3 h, 5 h levels were measured. Results The levels of endothelin-1, atrial natriuretic peptide and brain natriuretic peptide increased gradually with the sleep time increased, there was significant differences (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Vasoaetive peptide substances ( endothelin- 1, atrial natriuretic peptide, brain natriuretic peptide) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome showed a high level of expression, which may be related to cardiovascular complications, there is a significant correlation.
