摘要
文章针对临床护士离职率不断上升的现状,归纳了临床护士离职意愿的影响因素,即临床护士个人特征因素和工作满意度、工作负荷、职业尊重、职业发展和组织承诺等工作因素,指出了离职意愿研究中存在的不足,并对下一步研究方向进行了展望,将为减少护理人员流失提供有价值的参考依据。
Aimed at the rising tendency of turnover rates among clinical nurses,this article summarized the influencing factors of turnover intention among clinical nurses such as personal characteristics factors,job satisfaction, workload, career dignity, career development, organizational commitment and so on. Then it pointed out the insufficiency in the research and the direction of further research,which was valuable reference for the reduction of nurses' turnover.
