摘要
目的:了解实习末期护生的个人职业生涯规划现状及其影响因素。方法:采用自行设计的实习护生一般资料问卷和护生个人职业生涯规划调查问卷对214名某三级甲等医院的2010级实习末期护生进行调查。结果:本组护生职业生涯规划总得分为(100.6±4.1)分,属于"一般"水平。多因素分析结果显示,实习末期护生的个人职业生涯规划得分与护生性别、学历、在校期间是否曾担任班干部、是否曾参加有关职业生涯规划的学习、对目前所学护理专业是否满意、毕业后是否会从事护理工作6个变量存在相关性。结论:实习末期护生的个人职业生涯规划状况一般,且受众多因素影响,护理教育者应有针对性地加强护生的职业生涯规划指导和教育,积极引导护生,提高其职业生涯规划水平。
Objective： To investigate the current status of the personal career planning of nursing students and its related factors. Methods： We investigated the personal career planning status of 214 nursing students by a self- designed questionnaire. Results： The average total score of personal career planning of them was 100.6±4.1, and it was at the medium level. After Linear Regression, sex, education level, class leadership experience, whether attending Nursing Students career planning courses, nursing professional satisfaction level and whether to be a nurse after graduate would influence their career planning level. Conclusion： The career planning of college nursing students was at the medium level. It maybe affected by various factors. Therefore, we should improve the education and training for college nursing students to increase their satisfaction with this profession.
