摘要
在目前乡村的远程教育发展改革进程中,如果要让乡村的远程教育能够得到较好的应用与发展,就必须优先解决掉教师队伍的教育技术与教学能力的问题。依据目前乡村各中小学老师能力的现状,对教育技术知识的了解甚少,本文旨在探究教育技术发展中教师的心理变化及需求分析。在当前的农村远程教育工程项目计划的实施开展进程中,必须使教育资源能够得到有效运用,关键问题是化解教师队伍教育技术与教学能力的发展问题。
In the current rural distance education in the process of the development of ruraldistance education,to make the application obtain well,we must solve the teacher＇s education technology ability.According to the current rural elementary and middle school teachers of the present situation of the ability of education,technical knowledge of very few,this paper aims to explore education technology development of teachers＇ psychological change and demand analysis.
