摘要
目的:探讨动脉瘤夹闭术术前行腰大池引流术的意义及护理体会。方法:16例采用颅内动脉瘤夹闭术术前行腰大池引流术。结果:16例患者手术过程顺利,明显缩短了手术术程,且腰大池引流术可在术中排出血性脑脊液,较短时间内排出蛛网膜下腔中的血液和血管活性物质,从而迅速减轻或消除血液和血管活性物质对脑血管和脑膜的刺激,且易于脑组织塌陷,便于手术操作,开拓术野,减轻对脑组织的牵拉或损伤,以便成功夹毕动脉瘤,同时降低脑积水的发生率。结论:该治疗方法疗效好,术后引流过程中的密切观察及护理,对减少并发症,确保该治疗成功有着重要意义。
Objective To investigate the significance and nursing experiences of taking the lumbar drainage before aneurysm clip surgery.Method Sixteen patients underwent the lumbar drainage before aneurysm clip surgery.Results The 16 patients had the smooth operation,the operation time was shortened clearly,and the lumbar drainage not only could emancipate CSF in the operation,but also could make the blood and the vasoactive substances out of the subarachnoid in a short time,so to reduce or eliminate the stimulation of blood and the vasoactive substances to cerebral blood vessels and meninges,it was benefit to brain tissue collapse,facilitate operation and open surgical field,lighten the traction or injury to the brain,got the occlussion of aneurysm successfully,and at the same time,reduced the incidence of hydrocephalus.Conclusion This treatment has the high efficacy,the close observation and nursing care after the surgery can make sure to play a great significance to reduce complications and get successful therapy.
