摘要
目的：探讨腕部开放性损伤的分型及治疗。方法：分析了１５６ 例腕部开放损伤患者的伤情，根据腕部肌腱、骨关节、血管神经裂伤和缺损的程度分型。损伤组织采用直接吻合或局部短缩后修复。结果：腕部损伤分为三度九型。Ⅰ度为可直接修复的肌腱和骨骼损伤，Ⅱ度为可直接修复的腕部各种组织的损伤，Ⅲ度为不能直接修复的腕部多种组织的损伤。Ⅰ度损伤恢复好，Ⅱ、Ⅲ度损伤术后恢复效果较差。结论：腕部损伤的轻重程度差别很大，手术要根据具体情况实施。有些缺损大于１０ｃｍ 的损伤也可以修复，修复后仍可保留手的部分功能。
Objective: To discuss the treatment and type of the wrist open injure.Mehtods:The affection of 156 cases of wrist open injuries were analysed.Typing injury degree was accorded to the wound and damaged tendon,bone and joint,blood vessel and nerves.Injured tissues were repaired by direct anastomose and restoration after local shorten.Results:The wrist open injure was divided into three degree.Each degree was composed of three sub group injure types.Drectly repaired the injure of tendon and bone was Ⅰ degree.All the wrist tissue injure could be directly repaired was Ⅱdegree,and non derect repairment injure was Ⅲ degree.The Ⅰ degree injure was resumed well and the effect was worse for Ⅱ、Ⅲ degree injure.Conclusion:The wrist injure was very different.The operation must carried out by different condition.Some damaged big enough than 10cm might be repaired by operation.It might reseved some function of the hand.
