摘要
在压力为8~10 MPa、质量流速为350~600 kg/(m2.s)、含汽率为0~1的工况范围内,对直径为38.1 mm、壁厚为7.5 mm的六头内螺纹管中汽液两相流体的摩擦压降特性进行了试验研究,试验段采用水平绝热布置。试验结果表明:压力对两相流摩擦压降的影响很大,两相流摩擦压降倍率随压力增加而减小,在临界压力附近趋近于1;两相流摩擦压降倍率随含汽率增加而先增加,然后有减小的趋势;两相流摩擦压降倍率也随质量流速增加而减小。并对用于计算汽液两相流体摩擦压降的试验关联式中的B系数进行了讨论。
Under the experimental conditions with pressure in 8 - 10 MPa, mass velocity in 350 660 kg/(m2·s) and steam quality in 0-1, characteristic studies have been made on frictional pressure drop of steam-water two-phase flow in a hexagonal internally ribbed tube with diameter of 38.1 mm and wall thickness of 7.5 mm, during which the experimental section was horizontally placed. Experimental results show that pressure has a noticeable effect on the frictional pressure drop of steam-water two-phase flow, and the two-phase multiplier reduces with rising pressure, which approaches 1 at critical pressure; as the steam quality increases, the multiplier firstly rises and then reduces; with the growth of mass velocity, the multiplier varies in a decreasing tendency. The B coefficient in the experimental correlation for calculation of the frictional pressure drop has also been discussed.
