摘要
我们采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测消化系统肿瘤患者红细胞(RBC)促淋巴细胞(PBL)的增殖反应,以探讨消化系统肿瘤患者红细胞的免疫调控功能状况。结果发现:健康人RBC促PBL增殖反应作用明显,而消化系统肿瘤患者RBC促PBL增殖反应较健康人明显低下(P<0.01),但手术后有一定的改善,不同部位的肿瘤RBC促PBL增殖反应亦不相同,肝癌与食道癌有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
The proliferative reaction of red blood cell promoting lymphocyte of patients with tumor of digestive tract was detected by MTT colorimetry, in order to study the activity of immune function of red blood cells of the patients. It was found that healthy persons had obvious proliferative reaction of the red blood cells promoting lymphocyte, but this proliferative reaction of tumor patients decreased remarkably (P<0. 01). After surgical operation, the proliferative reaction improved partly. But the improved degree was different from one another at different places and esophageal cancer's proliferative reaction was higher than other tumors (P<0. 05)
