摘要
目的:探讨下肢全长拼接软件摄影对肢体力线测量的准确度。方法:用全数字化大平板透视-摄影系统的拼接摄影功能,对人体下肢骨骼标本进行标准力线投照,经过下肢全长拼接软件得到下肢全长,分析和总结设定的各点到标准力线所形成角度的准确度,来确定下肢力线的准确度。结果:以游标万能量角器测量的角度数值为标准,通过游标万能量角器测量的角度数值与拼接摄影的角度数值相比较,差异在临床允许范围内。结论:运用岛津DR拼接软件摄影得到的下肢全长所测量的力线是可靠的。
Purpose:To investigate the accuracy for slot radiography of full lower limbs in alignment measurement.Methods:The skeleton samples of human lower limbs were taken digital slit radiography with different exposure angles and distances by use of splicing imaging technique of Shimadzu SONIALVISON safireⅡsystem.The acquired images were processed to produce full lower limbs images and to draw the alignment by splicing software.The angles from set points to the standard alignment were measured by the universal cursor protractor as a standard and also by the splicing software.Then the angle readings were compared to verify the accuracy for alignment measurement by slot radiography.Results: The difference between protractor measurement and slot radiography was in a clinical acceptable range. Conclusion:It is reliable of the full lower limbs alignment by splicing software of slot radiography.
