摘要
目的 分析口腔鳞癌3 号染色体等位基因杂合缺失的频率,探讨抑癌基因在口腔鳞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法 应用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性分析方法对40 例口腔鳞癌组织中3 号染色体的等位基因杂合缺失进行测定。结果 3 号染色体短臂二区四带位点EAβMD的杂合缺失频率为50% ,EAβH 的杂合缺失频率为62.5 % 。结论 3 号染色体等位基因杂合缺失是口腔鳞癌进程中的普遍现象,在口腔鳞癌的发生、发展中可能起重要作用。
Purpose In order to analyse the frequency of allelic gene loss at chromosome 3p in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Method Polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism were used to examine 40 oral malignant tumors for loss of heterozygosity at chromosome 3p. Result LOH at tumor tissues was detected in 50% of 3p EAβMD and 62.5% of 3p EAβH. Conclusion It was suggested that LOH at chromosome 3p be an important factor in the development and progression of oral malignant tumors.
