摘要
CT能谱成像使CT由原来的单参数成像变为多参数成像,由原来的混合能量成像变为能谱成像,不仅在形态学诊断方面有很大的提高,而且在组织病理学诊断范畴有长足的进步。CT能谱成像为肿瘤的早期发现、鉴别诊断和浸润范围的确定提供了可靠的依据,为今后的临床诊断和科研提供了一个全新的平台。
Computed tomography (CT) spectral imaging changes CT from single parameter imaging to muhiple parameter imaging, and also transforms CT from hybrid energy imaging to spectral imaging. CT spectral imaging not only has great improvement in morphology diagnosis, but also facilitates histopathologieal diagnosis. CT spectral imaging can be used for early diagnosis, differential diagnosis and to define the infiltrating range of tumors, and can apply as a new tool for clinical diagnosis and research in future.
