摘要
目的不同黏结剂对牙面湿润度的要求各有差异,为了解牙面湿润度对牙本质黏结剂的影响,探求能达到最佳黏结效果的牙面湿润度,文中对2种黏结剂在3种不同牙面湿润度条件下的边缘密闭性进行研究。方法将30个新鲜体外磨牙随机分为6组(A、B、C、D、E、F组),在颊舌面牙颈部制备2mm×3mm V类洞,A、B、C 3组用C learfil SE BOND自酸蚀黏结剂,D、E、F组用ibond自酸蚀黏结剂黏结,A、D组牙面干燥时间为0 s,B、E组牙面干燥时间5 s,C、F组牙面干燥时间10 s,均用3MZ350树脂充填,2%甲苯胺蓝染色,从充填体正中剖开牙齿,观察充填体颌壁和龈壁边缘微渗漏情况。结果 A、B、C 3组边缘微渗漏的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D、E、F组边缘微渗漏差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、D组之间和B、E组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C、F组之间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙面湿润的情况下,颌壁和龈壁ibond黏结剂的黏结性均好于C learfil SE BOND黏结剂,在牙面干燥的情况下,龈壁两者比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),颌壁C learfil SE BOND好于ibond黏结剂。窝洞干燥时间对ibond黏结剂的影响较小,对C learfil SE BOND黏结剂影响较大。
Objective Different adhesive systems require different tooth surface humidities.The purpose of this study was to further understand the influence of tooth surface humidity on dentin adhesive and search for a most appropriate humidity to achieve the best adhesive results by investigating the marginal microleakage of two dentin adhesive systems in three different surface humidities.Methods Thirty recently extracted human molars were divided into groups A,B,C,D,E and F,and class Ⅴ cavities of 2 mm × 3 mm were prepared in the buccal and lingual surface in each group.The self-etching adhesive system(Clearfil SE BOND) was used in groups A,B and C,while the one-step adhesive system(ibond) in D,E and F.The tooth surface was dried for 0 seconds in groups A and D,5 seconds in B and E,and 10 seconds in C and F.All the cavities were filled with 3MZ350 resin,and all the teeth immersed in 2% Toluidine blue solution followed by sectioning through the midline of the restoration for stereomicroscopic observation.Results There were statistically significant differences in the marginal microleakage among groups A,B and C,as well as between A and D,and B and E(P0.05),but not among D,E and F,nor between C and E(P0.05).In moist condition,ibond produced a better adhesive effect than SE BOND in both the occlusal and gingival walls,while in dry condition,the two systems showed no significant differences in the gingival wall.Conclusion SE BOND is better than ibond in the occlusal wall,and the humidity of the tooth surface works less influence on ibond than on SE BOND.
