摘要
针对氯化亚砜生产过程中精馏系统塔顶过硫器硫黄分布不均匀问题,提出了改造过硫器结构的方案。改造后,通过控制工艺指标和改变操作方式,氯化亚砜月产量由340 t提高到365 t,产品优级品率达95%以上。
The plan of improving the sulfur reaction unit which is at the top of a rectification tower is put forward to solve the problem of uneven distribution of sulfur in sulfur reaction unit in production of thionyl chloride. After improvement the output of thionyl chloride per month was increased from 340 t to 365 t by controlling process indexes and changing operation mode and the rate of top grade product was above 95%.
