摘要
利用基于热电效应的半导体热电堆技术,设计了一个可以模拟实际两源热机工作的实验系统。
By the use of semiconductor thermopile technique based on the pyroelectric effect,a test equipment which can simulate the performances of real two heat soure heat engines was developed, and some quantitative researches on the characteristics of an endoreversible Carnot cycle of finite time thermodynamics had been made in this paper.
