PP釜内合金汽车保险杠对行人小腿伤害的仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 行人下肢损伤是交通事故中行人最易发生的损伤形式之一,开展汽车保险杠对行人小腿伤害的研究,对于减轻交通事故对行人的伤害具有重要意义。PP釜内合金材料符合汽车材料轻量化和可回收化的发展要求,各种性能优于一般的均聚PP或共聚PP,在汽车保险杠上有广泛的应用前景。基于有限元方法,建立了某车的保险杠行人小腿冲击的简化模型,分析了采用PP釜内合金的保险杠对该车的行人小腿伤害的影响。仿真结果表明,采用PP釜内合金后的保险杠行人小腿保护性能不低于原保险杠,可以替换原保险杠。 Pedestrian lower leg injury is one of the most common injury forms in pedestrian traffic accident. The paper studied the pedestrian lower leg injuries impacted by a vehicle polypropylene (pp) bumper which meets the requirements of recycling and lightweight vehicles, and whose performance is better than the general homopolymerize Pp or copolymerization PE Based on finite element method, the paper developed a simplified model and proved the feasibility of replacing the traditional bumper with the Polypropylene one.
