摘要
以纳米二氧化钛和硅藻土为原材料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了硅藻土负载纳米TiO2复合光催化剂处理腈纶废水,考察了催化剂用量、废水初始pH、废水初始浓度等对腈纶废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明,所制备的硅藻土负载纳米TiO2复合光催化剂具有较好的光降解性,在反应时间为6 h,投加量为4 g/L,pH为6,稀释倍数为2倍的条件下,COD去除率达到38.71%。
TiO2 /diatomite nanophotocatalyst was prepared from nanometer TiO2 and diatomite by the sol-gel method,then it was applied to treat acrylic fiber wastewater.Effects of catalyst dosage,initial pH and initial concentration of wastewater on removal rate of COD were systematically investigated.The results show that the TiO2 /diatomite nanophotocatalyst has good photodegradation;when the reaction time is 6 h,the catalyst dosage is 4 g/L,pH is 6,dilution multiple is 2 times,the removal rate of COD can reach 38.71%.
