摘要
建立了管道保温计算的数学模型,通过具体实例,用计算机编程得出大量数据,通过origin8.0软件绘出保温层厚度分别与保温效率、管道总传热系数、保温层表面温度和沿程温降的关系图,不仅直观地体现了保温层厚度对管道传热的影响以及变化趋势,还可以从图中查出任意厚度下的保温情况,为求解热油管道保温层厚度提供一种新方法。
The mathematical model of thermal insulating calculation of pipelines was established.Through a certain example,large amounts of data were achieved by the computer programming.It was drawn that the relational graph of insulating layer thickness respectively with the insulation efficiency,the total heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline,surface temperature of thermal insulation layer by origin8.0 software,and the relational graph between different insulation efficiency and temperature decrease along the pipeline was also drawn.These graphs not only can show effect of insulating layer thickness on heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline as well as change trend,but also can trace heat preservation condition under different insulating layer thicknesses,which may provide a new method to calculate the insulation layer thickness of hot oil pipelines.
