摘要
通过使用故障树FTA分析,主要运用AVL EXCITE进行连杆系统动力学分析、Nastran应力恢复评估连杆应力状况,同时校核螺栓拧紧方式,改善连杆涨断工艺等手段,解决了涨断连杆在试验中出现的多次连杆断裂问题,并通过了相关的可靠性试验,取得了良好的市场表现。
In this paper, through using the Fault Tree Analysis method, the project group solved broken-up con-rod fracture, and helped the engine matching the con-rod, successfully passed the relevant reliability tests, and achieved good market performance. In the process, we mainly used AVL EXCITE software to analyze con-rod system dynamics, and used Nastran software to recover con-rod stress to assess the con-rod stress conditions, and check the bolt tightening methods, as well as improve the broken-up technology and other methods to realize the goal.
