摘要
以某矩形储液箱为研究对象,在ANSYS软件中建立了三维有限元模型,对其在静水压作用下的强度进行了计算。同时,模拟了流体对于箱体的作用,对矩形储液箱进行了在空载和流固耦合下的模态分析,提取了前5阶固有频率和振型,为矩形储液箱的设计提供了可靠的数值依据。
In order to study rectangular liquid containers,a three-dimension finite element method(FEM) model has been developed through ANSYS.This model can not only calculate the strength of the rectangular liquid container under hydrostatic pressures,but also can simulate the effects of a fluid on rectangular liquid containers under different conditions.A modal analysis has been carried out for rectangular liquid containers under zero-load as well as under fluid-structure coupling conditions.Furthermore,this model allows the first five order inherent frequency and vibration modes to be selected.The analysis provides reliable numerical reference data for the development of rectangular liquid containers.
