摘要
针对煤矿井下多泵、高压、大流量乳化液泵站,研制了一种可实现无人值守、高度自动化的电气控制装置(以下简称装置)。ZRD127型乳化液泵站电控装置的研制成功,不仅很好地解决了液压支架的快速跟进和不连续性动作问题,而且有效地保障了设备安全运行,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率,为高产高效自动化矿井的建设提供了选择。重点介绍该装置的结构组成,功能特点,部分硬件电路设计,以及软件程序设计。该装置已配套应用在BRW315/31.5-XR945/50乳化液泵站,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at coal mine pumps, high pressure, big discharge emulsion pump station, develops a kind of electricity control device that can carry out an unmanned value to guard and highly automate to control (as follows brief name equip). The success of electric control device for ZRD127 emutsified pump station is not only to solve the problems such as concerning quickly moving and not the continuous act of the hydraulic support, but also effectively guarantees equipment' s safety movement, lower worker labor strength and raise a production efficiency, to provide a choice for high yield and effect coal mine. The structure, function and parts of hardware electric circuit design are introduced, particularly introduced the software program design. The equipment has already mated with BRW 315/31.5-XR 945/50 emulsified pump station and gains good effect.
