摘要
血管紧张素转化酶2(ACE2)是RAS系统的成员之一,可催化血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)生成血管紧张素(1-7)[Ang(1-7)],构成[ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas]轴,发挥舒血管的生物学效应,同时维持AngⅡ与Ang(1-7)的动态平衡。在心血管疾病的发生过程中,RAS系统被激活,ACE2基因表达和蛋白含量都发生了改变,对疾病发生、发展起了重要的作用,现就ACE2的特征及对心血管疾病的影响进行综述。
Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2(ACE2)is a member of RAS system,which can hydrolyze the AngⅡ to Ang(1-7)and construct theaxis,playing the vasodilatory biological effect,and maintaining the dynamic equilibrium between AngⅡ and Ang(1-7).In the development of cardiovascular disease,ACE2 gene expression and protein content have changed through activating RAS system,playing an important role in the onset and development of the disease.Here is to make a review on the features of ACE2 and ts impact on cardiovascular disease.
