摘要
中国进入买方市场以后,制造业企业陷入了空前的困境之中。制造业要能走出目前的危机,必须首先弄清其陷入困境的起因。本文在剖析国内主要流行的四种观点的基础上,根据对中国经济运行的经验观察,提出了关于中国制造业生产能力过剩的七个基本原因,同时从五个方面就中国制造业产业升级战略作了探讨。
When China is facing a buyer's market, the manufacturing enterprises are trapped by unprecedented difficulties. What are the reasons? Based on the four popular viewpoints and empirical observations on China's economic operation, this article gives out seven basic reasons for manufacturing industry's excessive production capacity and discusses industrial elevation strategy from five aspects.
