泌尿系结石的腔内治疗(附412例报道) 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨肾镜、输尿管镜下气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院应用肾镜、输尿管镜下气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗412例肾、输尿管、膀胱、尿道结石患者的临床资料。结果肾结石一次成功率90.3%;输尿管上段结石成功率91.2%,中下段结石成功率98%;膀胱、尿道结石成功率100%。结论应用肾镜、输尿管镜下气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗各种泌尿系结石,具有安全可靠、创伤小、术后恢复快等优点,是微创治疗的有效方法之一,超声负压吸附系统可作为合并脓肾的肾结石的首选治疗方法。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of nephrolithotomy,ureteroscopic pneumatic and ultrasonic lithotripsy treatment for urinary calculi.Methods Clinical data of 412 cases of kidney,ureter,bladder,urinary tract calculi treated by nephrolithotomy,ureteroscopic pneumatic and ultrasonic lithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results First time success rate of kidney calculi was 90.3%;of upper ureteral calculi was 91.2%,of lower ureteral calculi was 98%;of bladder,urinary tract calculi was 100%.Conclusion Nephrolithotomy,ureteroscopic pneumatic and ultrasonic lithotripsy treating a variety of urinary calculi is with the advantages of safe and reliable,less invasive,and fast recovery,one of the effective minimally invasive treatments.Ultrasonic vacuum adsorption system can be the first-choice treatment for kidney calculi combined pus kidney.
