摘要
通过设计防眩板3种不同的浇口位置和数量,利用Moldflow软件模拟其注塑成型过程,获得各有限单元精确的材料属性和残余应力分布情况,然后导入ANSYS软件进行结构受力分析。结果表明,浇口的位置和数量将影响注塑件的纤维取向、熔接痕等,进而影响防眩板的应力分布和变形状态。因此,为了更精确地分析注塑件的受力和变形,必须考虑注塑成型过程和模具设计的影响。
By designing three kinds of anti-glare board with different gate locations and numbers and using Moldflow software to simulate the inject-molding process, the paper acquire accurate material properties and residual stress of each finite element respectively, and analyzed the structure stress with ANSYS software. The results show that the number and location of the gate will affect the fiber orientation and weld lines of injection molded parts, then affect the stress distribution and deformation. Therefore, for more precise analysis results of the stress and deformation, the injection molding processing parameters and mold design must be considerated.
