摘要
针对四川某难选褐铁矿性质和特点,采用重选、强磁选、强磁-反浮选工艺进行选矿试验,所得铁精矿品位和回收率都很低;在条件优化试验基础上,采用磁化焙烧-磁选-反浮选工艺,最终可获得铁品位60.59%、回收率79.30%的铁精矿。该试验研究为四川某褐铁矿的开发利用奠定了基础,同时对于其他类似铁矿开发利用具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
Based on analysis of the property and characteristics of a refractory limonite ore of Sichuan,beneficiation tests were made on the processes of gravity separation,high intensity magnetic separation,and high intensity magnetic-reverse flotation,which all achieved a very low grade and recovery of iron concentrate.Based on the optimal conditional tests,a process consisting magnetized roasting-high intensity magnetic-reverse flotation was adopted.producing an iron concentrate assaying Fe 60.59%at a Fe recovery of 79.30%.This study has laid a foundation for the exploitation and utilization of this iron ore of Sichuan and can also be used as reference and directive to the exploitation and utilization of other similar iron deposits.
