摘要
文章分析了移动政务各要素间的关系以及移动政务服务及其用户,进而以用户"认识—接受—评价"服务为主线,融合用户对政务服务的各种特性需求,最终构建了移动政务的用户需求模型。
The paper analyzes the relationships among elements of mobile government affairs and their services and users.It further takes user ＂cognition-acceptance-evaluation＂ service as the main line,merges user＇s various specific demands for government affair service,and finally constructs the model of user demand for mobile government affairs.
