急性髓系白血病患者外周血Th22细胞水平的变化 被引量:9

摘要 研究已经证实,急性髓系白血病(AML)患者免疫功能低下,体内树突细胞(DC)、浆细胞样DC(pDC)、Thl7细胞等数量减少、功能减低,而调节性T细胞(Treg)数量增加、功能增强^[1-2]。Th22型细胞是一种最新发现的独立的辅助性T细胞亚群,是体内分泌IL-22的主要细胞,具有促进机体固有免疫和适应性免疫应答,使肿瘤细胞的周期停滞在G2/M期,
