锁定钢板治疗高龄不稳定股骨粗隆骨折及其并发症的病因分析 被引量:3

摘要 股骨粗隆骨折(包括粗隆间骨折和粗隆下骨折)常见于中老年患者,保守治疗易引发一系列并发症,甚至危及生命,故手术治疗应作为首选。我院于2008年1月-2010年1月采用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板对62例高龄患者股骨粗隆骨折进行固定,报道如下。
