摘要
针对当前我国商业活动空间结构研究相对低靡的现状,本文对城市商业活动空间结构的概念和研究框架、评价和研究方法体系、亟待研究的重点以及中心性和城市区域关系等几个问题进行了概述,以期开创相关研究的新领域。
To revivify the study on the spatial structure of urban commercial activity, which arose and thrived in 1980s, but is being stagnant in 1990s, the authors elaborate some concerns of the study on the spatial structure of urban commerce in direction and framework. The first part of the context includes concepts of commercial activities, spatial structure of urban commercial activity. The second part composites of evaluating and methodological system, including evaluating criteria and principles, methodological system of traditional study, based on supplying aspect, and the contemporary one, upon demanding aspect, especially the purchasing travelling characteristics. Study on the commercial activity in CBD and community, retailing chains, commercial decentralization and urbanization, virtual stores and market area is the main focus in the field. The concept of centrality of commercial is re-elaborated and the hierarchy of urban and regional interrelationship is also suggested to be paid attention to. In the end, the authors put forwards the transformation in studying idea of the field as a key measure for further study.
