摘要
目的探讨留守儿童心理健康状况、应对方式与一般自我效能感的特点及三者关系。方法使用心理健康诊断测验问卷(MHT)、应对方式问卷和一般自我效能感问卷(GSES)对225名留守儿童和68名非留守儿童进行测查。结果①留守儿童与非留守儿童一般自我效能感总分差异上有统计学差异(t=2.770,P<0.05);②留守儿童的心理状况与一般自我效能感呈负相关(r=-0.322,P<0.01),与自责的应对方式呈正相关(r=0.389,P<0.01),幻想的应对方式呈正相关(r=0.321,P<0.01),退避的应对方式呈正相关(r=0.305,P<0.01),合理化的应对方式呈正相关;(r=0.292,P<0.01);一般自我效能感与幻想的应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.159,P<0.05),退避的应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.153,P<0.05);③一般自我效能感和自责的应对方式可以预测留守儿童的心理健康状况,建立的回归方程为:MHT=57.345+16.326×自责-0.788×GSES。结论进行应对能力、一般自我效能感的训练与提高可以改善留守儿童的心理状况。
Objective To investigate the mental health of left-behind children,coping style and general self-efficacy and their relationship.Methods Use questionnaires of Mental Health Test(MHT),coping style and general self-efficacy to survey 225 left-behind children and 68 children who are not left-behind.Results ①The general self-efficacy scores between left-behind children and non-left-behind ones were significantly different(t=2.770,P0.05).② The psychological status of left-behind children was negatively correlated with the general self-efficacy(r=-0.322,P0.01),and positively correlated with self-blame(r=0.389,P0.01),fantasy(r=0.321,P0.01),avoidance coping style(r=0.305,P0.01),rationalization coping style(r=0.292,P0.01);general self-efficacy was negatively correlated with fantasy coping style(r=-0.159,P0.05),avoidance coping style(r=-0.153,P0.05).③Generally speaking,self-efficacy and self-blame coping style could predict mental health status of left-behind children.The established regression equation:MHT=57.345 +16.326×self-blame-0.788×GSES.Conclusion The training and improvement of coping ability and self-efficacy can improve the mental health status of left-behind children.
