摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是近年来发现的一类长度21~25个核苷酸的单链小分子RNA,它们参与调节细胞的生长发育、分化、增殖和凋亡等。miRNA主要通过与靶基因转录的mRNA部分或者完全互补配对结合,在转录后水平对靶基因的表达进行调节。最近,越来越多证据表明,miRNA在调节糖尿病及其并发症中发挥重要的作用,其通过密切相关的多种生物学途径对糖尿病视网膜病变进行调节。本文就miRNA的发现、生物合成和作用机制、功能及其在糖尿病视网膜病变中的调节作用进行综述。 MicroRNA(miRNA) is a recently discovered class size of about 21 to 25 nucleotides single-stranded small molecule RNA,which involves in regulating cell growth,differentiation,proliferation and apoptosis regulation.They mainly target gene transcription by the mRNA with partially or completely complementary pair combination of post-transcriptional level to regulate the expression of target genes.Recently,more and more evidences have showed that miRNA plays an important role in the regulation of diabetes and its complications,through a variety of closely related biological pathways regulated in diabetic retinopathy.In this paper,the origin,structure,function of miRNA and its regulation in the diabetic retinopathy are reviewed.
