摘要
目的:观察自拟方剂温经通络汤在预防骨科髋部大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:我院2009年7月～2011年6月间采取温经通络汤预防DVT的113例髋部手术病例为观察组,2007年7月～2009年6月间未采取中药预防的103例髋部手术病例为对照组。回顾性分析2组的临床疗效、术后引流量、血小板计数、凝血功能、血流变、下肢血管彩色多普勒检查。结果:观察组在临床疗效、血流变、凝血酶原时间、下肢血管彩色多普勒探查深静脉血栓形成情况等方面均优于对照组,特别在改善临床效果更为显著。2组患者术后下肢DVT发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组未见明显不良反应。结论:温经通络汤可以安全有效预防髋部术后下肢深静脉血栓形成。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect and application value of preventing lower-limb deep venous thrombosis（DVT） by Wenjingtongluo Decoction after orthopedic surgery of hip.Methods： During July 2009 through June 2011,113 patients were given Wenjingtongluo Decoction.From July 2007 to June 2009,another 103 patients who did not take TCM medicine were taken as the control group.A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the curative effect,incision drainage,platelet counts,blood clotting,blood rheology,and color doppler ultrasonography of lower-limb blood vessels.Results： The treatment group was superior to control group in the clinical effect,blood rheology,prothrombin time,especially in improving clinical symptoms.The rate of DVT was statistically significant in two groups（P0.05）.No adverse reaction was observed in the control group.Conclusion： The Wenjingtongluo Decoction is safe and effective to prevent the lower-limp deep venous thrombosis after hip operation.
