猴头菌不同生长发育期粗蛋白、粗多糖含量及水溶性粗多糖体外免疫活性 被引量:25

摘要 测定猴头菌(Hericium erinaceus)华中猴头菌株不同生长发育期子实体中的粗蛋白、粗多糖和水溶性粗多糖中β-葡聚糖含量,并研究不同生长发育期子实体粗多糖体外刺激巨噬细胞产生NO的活性变化规律。结果表明,供试菌株不同生长发育期子实体的粗蛋白、粗多糖和β-葡聚糖含量以及粗多糖体外刺激巨噬细胞产生NO的活性均存在显著或极显著差异,随着生长发育的进行,猴头菌子实体中粗蛋白含量总体上呈下降的趋势(小菌刺期比前一时期有所增加),而多糖含量则总体呈上升趋势(小菌刺期比后一时期高),β-葡聚糖含量呈先快速上升后平稳的趋势;分裂期粗多糖在浓度500μg/mL时对RAW264.7释放NO的促进作用较强。 Fruit bodies of Hericium erinaceus,strain Huazhong,were harvested at seven different developmental stages,dried and pulverized to pass a mesh size of 0.9 mm.Determination of protein levels in the powdered material,and polysaccharide levels in crude aqueous extracts,revealed that,in general,the former decreased as mushroom development progressed whereas the latter increased.The concentration of β-glucan in extracted polysaccharide material was much higher in samples taken at the second developmental stage compared with first-stage samples but then remained generally stable in samples taken at subsequent developmental stages.Crude polysaccharide(500 μg/mL) obtained from aqueous extracts of powdered fruit bodies harvested at the third developmental stage,when the initial protrusion formed on the fruit body disappeared and cracks formed in the fruit body which also became swollen and soft,enhanced the production of NO by RAW264.7 macrophages.
