摘要
详细研究了芒果苷在玻碳电极上的电化学氧化行为,建立了芒果苷的微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测定方法,其氧化峰电流与浓度呈良好线性关系,线性范围为3.5×10-8-1.6×10-6 mol.L-1;检测限为1.6×10-8 mol.L-1.该方法用于知母中芒果苷含量的测定,结果较为满意.此外,亦对芒果苷的电化学氧化反应机理进行了初步探讨.
The electrochemical behavior of mangiferin at glassy carbon electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and different pulse voltammetry(DPV).The method for the determination of mangiferin was developed by DPV.The peak current was proportional to the concentration of mangiferin over the range of 3.5×10^-8-1.6×10^-6 mol·L-1,the detection limit was 1.6×10^-8 mol·L^-1.The proposed method was applied for the determination of mangiferin in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,and the assay results were satisfactory.The oxidation reaction mechanism of mangiferin was also discussed.
